A colored and drawn portrait of my OC, Shooting Star, doing what she does best. Also drawn for the ATG week 57 theme of drawing a "Light Pony"

She flies to inspire, to push everypony to new heights. To show it's possible, to inspire. I had some troubles with this drawing, but with some self reflection I pushed myself through to the end and I'm happy with the results that came out of it. I know not everything is correct or "right" but at least I didn't stop and I didn't back down when the going got rough.

Hehe, yeah, let's get the "Rainbow Look-alike OC" comments out of the way. :P :P :P

I did realize while doing the mane that i was taking a LOT of similar colors from RBD's pallet, which is why I didn't go the 6 color route. I was intentionally picking colors that are common in shooting stars though to kind of match the concept for the OC. Anyhoof, I'm glad you like it. :)
