Let me run all you lovely followers through the last year of my life since my previous Journal Entry...

- Game Development Self Study
- Summer Minimester
- Graduated with Bachelors of Computer Information Science (I'm not calling it Information Systems, that sounds dumb)
- Joblessness
- Looming 5-figure student loan
- Post-Graduation Depression
- Therapy
- Therapy
- Teaching kids Programming at iD Tech Camp
- Cancer Scare
- Therapy
- Depression meds
- Finally found work after nearly a year of unemployment
- Financial Stability in question

There you go. I'm the kind of person who feels it's best to be upfront about this kind of stuff, so that's why for the past year my artistic activity has been more or less non-existent. Now don't get me wrong, my past year hasn't all been doom and gloom. I didn't bother to mention I spent a good bit of time at BronyCon and enjoyed myself at both Summer Camp and working at the Renaissance Fair in Maryland while it was in season. All of my friends have been quite supportive and for that I owe much thanks.

Now that I have a little more purpose in my life and my new job providing some level of stability, I plan to get more active in my creative works. Expect to see updates happening again, hopefully on a somewhat bi-weekly schedule. My conglomerate of artists are also making many plans to attend way more conventions this year besides our usual TigerCon in Towson and BaltiCon in Hunt Valley, so keep your eyes peeled for me running under either the name, "Couch People Enterprises," or, "A Stark Imbalance." Also, if anyone is interested in the prints I have and would like to order some I am happy to do mail orders, just shoot me an email or note on DA.

I'm making it my mission to inject some positive energy into my life, and getting my creative juices flowing again should help with that.

I might even start taking commission orders...mayyyybeeeee...
3 hours of converting 25 PSDs to Illustrator documents and then marking and bleeding them...UGGHHHHH.

Printing Errors...
The Vitruvian Mare by aoshistark
The Vitruvian Mare
Maybe Leonardo Da Vinci was a Brony too?
----------------
This is a scaled down copy of a print I will be selling at all the Cons I attend this year. Apologies for the watermark, but I could see this image being pinched if I'm not careful. The print quality version will not have the watermark, so look for it at any Maryland/DC/Baltimore cons this year if you see me! :D

Full Commission - Gamer Pony by aoshistark
Full Commission - Gamer Pony
Another full commission piece contracted by Night Cats for her friend. Here we have her friend's pony playing video games with her favorite little plushy at her side. This one was easier than the Doctor but I liked the way I got the lighting to go on this. Again, I'm better than I anticipate, given my hiatus from drawing...

Full Commission - Night Cats and The Doctor
A full commission piece I was hired to do after a lovely weekend at Balticon in Hunt Valley MD. Features the commissioner's OC, Night Cats, fleeing from the weeping pegasai with Doctor Whooves. I enjoyed this piece's production process and it reminded me I'm not as rusty as I feel I am.

I'm a computer programmer who lives in the Baltimore Maryland area self-teaching himself how to draw. I started out drawing MLP characters and am a Brony, but try to branch out here and there where possible. I love this new creative horizon I've found and hope to keep going with it.
